I’m thrilled to share a new recipe with you today: One-Pot Curry Meatball Soup with Ground Turkey and Kale! 🍲 This comforting soup has been a favorite of mine for years, and after trying out a few different versions, I’m so excited to finally bring you a perfected recipe that’s easy, flavorful, and one-pot simple!

Speaking of favorites, did you know today is National Cook For Your Pets Day? 🐾 I have two dogs, Milo and Zoe, who are truly like my babies! Milo is a peanut butter fanatic, and Zoe – well, she’s a little character. She’s absolutely obsessed with fried chicken… so much that she’s stolen it twice! 😂 (No worries, she didn’t get to keep it for long!)
