...dishwasher safe and wide enough to cover my wooden cutting board and great for when I zest and need to transfer them instead of scraping them off my board. So, I gave this a 3 out of 5 (Since they don't have a good grip for chopping. I mainly use it now for cutting, cleaning meat, and transferring ingredients).
