Bold and Spicy Caribbean Beef Noodle Soup Recipe Twist

Hey Reader!

I hope you're doing okay, especially if you had to deal with the latest hurricane. Does it feel like fall yet where you are?

For me, it never really feels like fall until the very last day of October when the weather finally starts cooling down. I'm from Florida, so that means palm trees and 60 degrees. 🎵

In the meantime, I’ve just released the second recipe in my fall series: Bold and Spicy Caribbean Beef Noodle Soup. It’s perfect for when that chill finally hits! I’ve also created a recipe flipbook for my Instant Pot Spicy Beef Barley Stew: Hearty Comfort recipe, which has all the blog posts in a quick, easy-to-read format.

The noodle soup was supposed to launch yesterday, but I'm a one-person show, so things have shifted on the schedule. But hey, that's normal, and that's life. I would rather have a balanced one than a stressed one. Are you with me? 😁
